利用規約

本規約は、iOSアプリ「収益チェッカー for AdSense」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "収益チェッカー for AdSense" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. サービス内容 / Description of the Service

本アプリは、ご自身のGoogle AdSenseアカウントにサインインし、AdSense Management API（読み取り専用）を通じて取得したご自身のレポートデータ（推定収益、ページビュー、クリック数などの指標）を閲覧するためのツールです。本アプリはGoogle LLCが提供する公式アプリではなく、Google LLCとは関係のない独立した開発者が提供するものです。

The App lets you sign in to your own Google AdSense account and view your own report data (metrics such as estimated earnings, page views, and clicks) fetched via the read-only AdSense Management API. The App is not an official product of Google LLC and is provided by an independent developer unaffiliated with Google LLC.

2. 利用資格 / Eligibility

本アプリは、有効なGoogle AdSenseアカウントを保有する方を対象としています。本アプリの利用にあたっては、Googleが定める利用規約・ポリシー（AdSenseプログラムポリシーを含む）にも従う必要があります。

The App is intended for users who hold a valid Google AdSense account. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's own terms and policies, including the AdSense Program Policies.

3. データについて / Data

本アプリが取得・表示するデータの取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。本アプリは、取得したAdSenseデータの正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。表示される数値はあくまで参考値であり、実際の支払額等はGoogle AdSenseの管理画面の情報が優先されます。

Please see our Privacy Policy for how data accessed by the App is handled. The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the AdSense data it displays. Figures shown are for reference only; your official AdSense dashboard is authoritative for actual payment amounts.

4. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Uses

以下の行為を禁止します。

You may not:

本アプリを不正アクセスやリバースエンジニアリングの目的で利用すること
Use the App for unauthorized access or reverse engineering purposes
ご自身以外のAdSenseアカウントの認証情報を不正に取得・利用すること
Improperly obtain or use another person's AdSense account credentials
法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用すること
Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本アプリは現状有姿（"AS IS"）で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. サービスの変更・終了 / Changes and Termination

開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。

The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

7. 規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

本規約は、必要に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて更新日を明記します。

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

8. 準拠法 / Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
