利用規約

本規約は、iOSアプリ「障子（Shoji）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "障子 (Shoji)" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. サービス内容 / Description of the Service

本アプリは、10×10の盤面にブロックを配置し、行または列を埋めて消していくハイスコア型のパズルゲームです。通信を必要とするのは広告の配信とアプリ内課金のみで、ゲームそのものはオフラインで動作します。

The App is a high-score puzzle game in which you place blocks on a 10×10 board and clear full rows and columns. Network access is required only for advertising and in-app purchases; the game itself works offline.

2. 料金とアプリ内課金 / Pricing and In-App Purchases

本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。
The App is free to use.
「広告を消す」は買い切り（非消耗型）のアプリ内課金です。ご購入後は、インタースティシャル広告が表示されなくなり、復活とヒントは動画を見ずにご利用いただけます。
"Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. After purchase, interstitial ads are no longer shown, and Revive and Hint become available without watching a video.
ご購入は同一のApple Accountに紐づきます。端末の買い替えや再インストール後は、設定画面の「購入を復元」からご利用を再開できます。
Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. After reinstalling or switching devices, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to regain access.
返金についてはAppleの定めるポリシーに従います。開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。
Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

3. 広告について / Advertising

本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。復活とヒントのリワード広告は、お客様ご自身が選択した場合にのみ再生されます。視聴を途中でやめた場合、効果は付与されません。広告に関するデータの取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded video ads for Revive and Hint play only when you choose to use them; if you stop watching partway through, the reward is not granted. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

4. ゲームデータについて / Game Data

ハイスコアや中断中のゲームは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の故障、アプリの削除、その他の理由によりこれらのデータが失われた場合、開発者が復元することはできません。

Your high score and unfinished games are stored only on your device. If this data is lost due to device failure, deleting the App, or any other reason, the developer cannot restore it.

5. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Uses

以下の行為を禁止します。

You may not:

本アプリを改変、リバースエンジニアリング、または不正に複製すること
Modify, reverse engineer, or make unauthorized copies of the App
広告の表示回数やクリックを不正に操作すること
Artificially manipulate ad impressions or clicks
アプリ内課金の決済を不正な手段で回避すること
Circumvent in-app purchase payments by improper means
法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用すること
Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law

6. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本アプリは現状有姿（"AS IS"）で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. サービスの変更・終了 / Changes and Termination

開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。

The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

8. 規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

本規約は、必要に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて更新日を明記します。

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

9. 準拠法 / Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
