本規約は、開発者（前田裕作、以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリ「めいしるべ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app "めいしるべ (Meishirube)" (the "App") provided by the developer (Yusaku Maeda). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. サービスの内容 / Service
本アプリは、四柱推命・九星気学（阿部泰山流に準拠）の考え方に基づき、生年月日等から命式を計算し、鑑定文を表示する娯楽用アプリです。
The App calculates a chart from a birth date and displays reading text based on Four Pillars of Destiny and Nine Star Ki astrology (following the Abe Taizan school), for entertainment purposes.
2. 免責事項 / Disclaimer
本アプリは娯楽を目的としたものであり、鑑定結果の的中・効果を保証するものではありません。医療・健康・金銭その他の重要な意思決定は、必ず専門家にご相談のうえご自身の判断で行ってください。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
The App is intended for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee the accuracy or effect of any reading. Please consult a qualified professional for medical, health, financial, or other important decisions. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
3. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct
本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。
The following conduct is prohibited when using the App:
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為Violating applicable laws or public order and morals
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルReverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、不正にアクセスする行為Interfering with the operation of the App or accessing it without authorization
- 他者になりすます行為、他者の生年月日等を無断で登録し不利益を与える行為Impersonating another person, or registering another person's birth information without their consent in a way that causes them harm
4. 知的財産権 / Intellectual Property
本アプリに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。開発者の事前の許諾なく、複製・転用・改変することはできません。
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer or the applicable rights holders. You may not copy, repurpose, or modify the App without prior written permission.
5. アプリ内課金 / In-App Purchases
本アプリで将来アプリ内課金を提供する場合、決済はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。購入内容・返金については、Appleの利用規約が適用されます。
If the App offers in-app purchases in the future, payments are processed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's terms govern purchases and refunds.
6. サービスの変更・終了 / Changes and Discontinuation
開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。これによって生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
The developer may change the App's content or discontinue the App without prior notice. The developer is not liable for any resulting damages.
7. 規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms
本規約の内容は、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて更新日を明記します。
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
8. 準拠法 / Governing Law
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
